Synopsis::
.
On February 14, 2024, police raided the apartment of two young LGBTIQ+ individuals.
The violence they describe represents the most severe case of homophobic police brutality in recent Serbian history.
What followed was a year-long struggle for truth, culminating in a moment when the survivor, Andrej, began a hunger strike in front of the National Assembly.
Nevertheless, the Prosecutor’s Office dismissed all charges, citing a lack of material evidence.
Six months later, after being forced to leave Serbia under threats and pressure for speaking publicly about his experience, a new case of police violence brings Andrej back to the memories of his own trauma.
As he tries to start a new life and channel his fight differently, the film follows his discovery of documents that finally reveal why justice was never served — and why his truth was never officially recognized.
