CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS: Workshop with Portuguese artist Tamara Alves
We invite you to join us for a unique workshop with Portuguese visual artist Tamara Alves, who will be coming to Subotica this June as part of the Unfold project to create a public artwork together with the local community.
This first session is an opportunity for Tamara to get to know our city through your eyes — its details, textures, symbols, and everyday stories — and to begin shaping an idea for an artwork that could enrich our shared public space.

O radionici – „Tvojim očima“
Kroz jednostavan proces prikupljanja i transformacije vizuelnih fragmenata iz svakodnevice, učesnici će zajedno stvarati zajedničku kompoziciju. Nije potrebno prethodno iskustvo – dovoljni su radoznalost i spremnost da se grad sagleda iz drugačije perspektive. Materijali nastali tokom radionice poslužiće kao osnova za umetnički rad koji će nastati tokom Tamarinog boravka u Subotici.
O umetnici
Tamara Alves je vizuelna umetnica i ilustratorka iz Lisabona, čiji rad istražuje urbani prostor, javni angažman i sirove, poetske izraze ljudskih i životinjskih instinkata. Njena praksa često se odvija u javnom prostoru, otvarajući prostor za emotivne, simboličke i kolektivne susrete.
