The idea is to create a safe circle where all participants are equally valued and focused on developing relationships based on respect, trust, and mutual support. In this circle, participants will explore their roles as parents and work on improving the knowledge and skills needed to build quality relationships with their teens. These processes will be guided by a facilitator in collaboration with professionals who support children and families.

Respecting the individuality of each child, each parent, and their relationship, participants will be offered different strategies for handling challenging situations, rather than ready-made solutions.

Discussion prompts will come from participants’ personal experiences, examples from workshop facilitators and experts, as well as current events, films, series, comics, and books.

-Managing emotions – What do I do when I feel anger, sadness, or fear? What do I do when my child feels angry, sad, or afraid?
-Conflict zone – Problem-solving techniques

In addition to in-person meetings, participants will have support, exchange, and learning opportunities on an online platform.

The program consists of 10 sessions from February to June, every other week on Thursdays at 7 PM.
