A person spends about one third of their life sleeping—but how often do we actually think about how sleep affects the quality of our everyday lives?
Through this free lecture, we will explore why sleep is so important, how it affects our body and mind, and what we can do to improve it.
The topic will be guided by Aleksandar Ličinar, who will share personal experience and knowledge gained through research.
