Visiting: I am Alen

The book presentation and conversation with author Alen Muhić from Bosnia and Herzegovina will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 6 PM at Klara i Rosa (15 Šandora Petefija Street).

The conversation with the author will be led by Stefan Basarić.

Through his story, Alen speaks powerfully about the prejudices faced by children born of wartime violence, gives voice to those who have remained in silence for years, and encourages a dialogue aimed at empathy and understanding.

Alen Muhić is the author of the autobiographical book “I Am Alen”, a medical worker, humanitarian, and human rights advocate, whose life story has become a symbol of strength, dignity, and the struggle for truth. For his contribution to human rights, he was awarded an international recognition in Norway. Today, through his work, he continues to build bridges between past and future, using his personal story as a force that drives change and gives voice to those who have long remained invisible.
