As part of the public discussion series titled "About the common," aimed at education, initiating dialogue, exchanging opinions, listening, and collaborative reflection, we strengthen the sense of community, critically examine, and share experiences, ideas, and practices, initiating discussions on various topics and issues present in our society and city.

Ferka is a campaign for fair electoral conditions launched by the Civic Initiatives organization from Belgrade, taking place in cities across Serbia.

The panel in Subotica will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, starting at 7 PM at Klara i Rosa (Šandora Petefija 15).

We give a voice to local citizens, think together about ways to act, and illuminate the possibilities and strengths of citizens in improving social conditions and initiating social change. How much is my vote worth? Does it make sense to go out to vote? How important is joining forces? Can we afford to give up?

Margareta Tomo, journalist (Sajtószabadság Alapítvány – Szabad Magyar Szó) Izabela Lanji Hnis (Master of Economics, manager of the Tourist Cluster) Elena Čavlin and Pavle Cicvarić, students at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade.

The discussion will be moderated by Vladimir Polovina, a graduate mathematician and one of the founders of the School of Critical Thinking at the Center for Science and Art.
