MURAL IN MALA BOSNA

As part of the crowdfunding campaign launched by the Association "Klara and Rosa" at the end of 2023, within the program of the Sustainability Academy of the Trag Foundation from Belgrade, one of the planned projects aimed at decentralizing art was the creation of a thematic mural in Mala Bosna. During April, in cooperation with the Association of Citizens "Tahles," the mural was successfully realized by the Belgrade artist TKV.

TKV (The Queen of Fairies) was born in 1988 in Belgrade. After attending the Graphic School, Department of Photography, she continued her formal education in media theory at the Faculty of Media and Communication, majoring in communication. She has been engaged in "street art" since 2004. She began her artistic career at the age of 16 with the stencil of Amelia Pulen. She exhibited at the French Cultural Center in Belgrade at the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, presented at the Cultural Center of Serbia in Paris at the exhibition "Face au Mur" (Facing the Wall) in 2017, at the Cultural Center Grad, BLOK Gallery, and participated in Belgrade's Belef, Days of Belgrade, Talent Zone, and Belgrade Design Week. She painted in Vranje, Prijepolje, and Belgrade. She is the author of the TKV STREET ART calendar in 2009. TKV received special recognition - she was included in the book "Women Street Artists: The Complete Guide" by Xavier Tapies, among the 50 women, the best street art artists of today.
