Performance: Oratory for Bird 1.3.

.

Oratory for Bird 1.3 is the fourth piece of the performance puzzle through which the author presents her poetic debut Oratory for Bird, published by "Partizanska knjiga" (2023). Through interdisciplinary exploration of various artistic forms, the author portrays themes from the book in her own distinctive way, through a multi-layered solo performance utilizing music, text, video, movement, imagery, and other available expressive means. Starting from the understanding that inspiration and communication are the most precious gifts of art, the author opens interpretation to other artists from her environment and the local community where the performance takes place, inviting the immediate audience to engage, illustrating the premise that there is no other and that creation is all-encompassing. The performance puzzle has been presented in Kragujevac, Belgrade, Gornji Milanovac, each time addressing different themes and poetic units. One of the active themes is the fight against breast cancer and empowering women who are battling this disease or living with its consequences.
