Courtyard Gallery: Lucia Mărneanu – Green Angst
We invite you to the opening of the exhibition by Lucia Mărneanu on Saturday, June 28, from 6 PM at the Courtyard Gallery (Korzo 1), where you’ll have the chance to discover what Green Angst is all about.

Lucia Mărneanu is an artist based in Cluj (Romania), with a background in graphic arts and theater acting – fields she studied in Cluj, Zagreb, and Liège. She also briefly attended the DasTheatre master program in Amsterdam, focusing on contemporary performance-making.

Since graduating, Lucia has expanded her work beyond acting – into book illustration, set design for children’s theater, and mural painting.

The work she is presenting is titled Green Angst. It consists of five posters, each conceived as a depiction of one aspect of the collective anxiety that, in the artist’s view, our society is currently experiencing.
